SAILBOAT RIGGER – $25-$30 Looking for a sailboat rigger; some rigging experience is necessary, along with a willingness to learn new tasks. Riggers will perform a variety of job functions including but not limited to repair, maintenance, and replacement of sailboat rigging and sail systems, stepping and unstepping masts, completion of inspection check lists, operating a forklift, boom truck, crane, other heavy equipment and a variety of power tools. The rigging crew will assist other departments, perform other yard duties assigned or as the situation dictates, including but not limited to yard maintenance, general labor, crew assistance, and more. The right candidate will complete projects timely and effectively, maintain cleanliness on projects, perform heavy lifting (50lbs), climbing, crawling, crouching, reaching, carrying during job process, and maintain awareness of, and consistently practice safe work habits. The successful candidate must be willing to perform other tasks at any time and work well with other marine crew members to provide a well-executed, quality service to our boating customers. We look for polite individuals with a great attitude and a strong work ethic who are looking to grow and be part of a great team.
MARINE FIBERGLASS AND COMPOSITES TECHNICIAN - $25-30 We are looking for a technician that has working knowledge, whether through schooling or working experience, with various coring materials, gelcoat matching and application. The technician should be a proficient estimator and communicate effectively through projects.The right candidate will complete projects timely and effectively, maintain cleanliness on projects, stamina, wear personal protective equipment, perform heavy lifting (50lbs), climbing, crawling, crouching, reaching, carrying during job process, and maintain awareness of, and consistently practice safe work habits. The successful candidate must be willing to perform other tasks at any time and work well with other marine crew members to provide a well-executed, quality service to our boating customers. We look for polite individuals with a great attitude and a strong work ethic who are looking to grow and be part of a great team.
