Craig Marx

Craig joined Yankee Marina and Boatyard in 1992.  He grew up in Swansea, MA and spent four years in the Navy as an operations specialist aboard a guided missile destroyer, The Richard E. Byrd (DDG-23).

After receiving a certificate in Electromechanical Drafting from the Hall Institute in Providence, RI, Craig worked over 19 years using his drafting and design skills in shipbuilding for employers, including Derecktor Shipyard in Rhode Island, Electric Boat in Connecticut, and Gibbs and Cox at Bath Iron Works.

Craig lives on Westport Island and enjoys kayaking, hiking, and cross country skiing.
